This Unique villa conveniently located in Jimbaran area on a breezy hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, white sandy beaches and BaliÕs international airport. It is truly original in all its aspects but specially in its design, contemporary and minimalist but yet with some Indonesian & European elements. Guests can enjoy complete privacy in the open-plan living room with dramatic ocean views.
The villa does not cater to children below 12 years of age.

Located atop the spectacular Bukit Hill, 5 minutes drive to Uluwatu (Cliff) Temple, 10 minutes drive from the Jimbaran Bay beach restaurants area, 15 minutes drive from Kuta, Nusa Dua ,& Bali International Airport. The Villa has a medium-size swimming pool which overlooks stunning Indian ocean and Jimbaran bay. Relax in the warm Bali sunshine with a cool cocktail and let all your worries melt away.

The Villa : The villa features a open plan living & dining area, the bedrooms have large folding glass doors to take full advantage of the spectacular view. There are two bedroom each with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen, a private pool, and an open "Bale" (thatched pavilion) with comfortable sun chairs next to the pool. Bedrooms and living areas are simple but comfortably furnished and decorated. The open-plan living/dining room is furnished with a dining table for 6 guests and modern sofas with cushions. Ceiling fans on the dining & living room guarantee permanent ventilation. Bedrooms The bedroom have king-size bed plus a queen size bed. All of bedrooms have air-conditioning and large folding doors and enjoy a great view of Indian Ocean & the Jimbaran Bay. The master bathroom has bathtub with sink and shower & powder room. Kitchen and Services The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, micro wave, blender, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, etc. The well-trained house staff lives nearby and includes maid, gardener, driver & security guards.
