GENERAL
- Villa Senja has five (5) air-conditioned double bedrooms & can accommodate a maximum of ten (10) adults. The bedrooms cannot be changed to single/twin sleeping arrangements.
- Air-conditioning is limited to bedrooms.
- There is a safe at the villa for guests use. Although the villa is secure, guests are advised to store passports, traveller’s cheques and other valuables in the safe.
SWIMMING POOL
- Towels are provided for the swimming pool. Please do not remove towels from property.
- Please do not substitute bathroom towels for pool towels.
- Special massage towels are available on request.
BARBEQUE
- The outdoor barbeque area adjacent to the pool, is ideal for meat, fish and vegetable grills!
- Barbeques can be organized by the villa staff at short notice.
MENU and MEALS
- A menu will be provided on arrival at the villa. Guests cannot order ala carte.
- Please advise the staff the day before if you require special food. There are a number of excellent supermarkets with fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, etc. Also, please give the staff advance notice of your menu requirements and requests.
GUEST REGISTRATION
- Guests must (in accordance with the Laws of Indonesia) be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival at the villa.
- A photocopy of each guest's passport will be needed shortly after arrival. If guest/s do not have a photocopy the villa's manager will need to briefly borrow your passports to photocopy and process.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- There is generally no check-out time unless there is another reservation for other guests arriving the same day.
CARS and DRIVERS
- Rental rates start from about US $15 per day for a small self-drive (compact) car.
- A "Kijang" (seats 5 to 6) with driver will cost about US $40 per day.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Guest/s name/s should be received prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
- One of INTOUCH’s staff will be at Bali's international ("Ngurah Rai") airport to greet you on arrival and drive you to Villa Senja. Your driver's mobile phone number will be provided prior to your arrival.
- We provide one complimentary airport transfer in each direction (not multiple transfers) to the villa for all guests who both arrive and depart on designated flights, details of which must be received to prior to arrival in Bali.
GRATUITIES
- Although tipping is not mandatory and you would like to reward the staff for their service it would surely be appreciated.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Villa Senja is both fully staffed and fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.
- Items such as soap, drinking water, toilet paper etc are supplied at the start of the rental and will be replaced as needed by villa staff.
- An 'information folder' will be the villa on arrival, which provides guests with maps, names & phone numbers of recommended restaurants, brochures for tours etc, along with phone numbers for everything from airlines to doctors.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received within seven (7) days after your reservation has been confirmed.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to departure (60 days for Christmas departures) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to departure, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Payments can be made by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Credit Card Debit Authorization for Visa and Master Card only.
- Payment by Travelers cheques or Personal cheques will not be accepted.

- Payment by Credit Card Debit Authorization is also available for Visa and Master Card holders only. The Bank will apply a 3% Credit Card surcharge.
- For all Credit Card transactions we require the following:
- a photocopy of your Credit Card, both front and back with the Credit card numbers printed clearly.
- a photocopy of your passport picture page with the number printed clearly.
- a signed Debit Authorization Form, returned by facsimile to enable us to complete a Credit Card transaction.
TELEPHONE USE AT VILLA SENJA
- There is a phone at Villa Senja available for guest's use.
- If guests do not require use of the phone, the telephone will be disconnected for the duration of the rental period. Should you require the use of the telephone, "a bond" in the form of a credit card imprint is the only acceptable form of deposit/security, as the monthly statements from "Telkom" (the national phone company) may be received as much as 4 to 6 weeks after your departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TELEPHONE USE
- The credit card holder will be billed for all calls, at cost (plus 10% Govt. tax). Additionally, a 25% surcharge will be levied.
- Credit card details will be requested by fax, prior to guest's arrival, & an imprint of a credit card must be taken within 24 hours of guest's arrival. If an imprint is not promptly received, the management reserves the right to disconnect the telephone.
- The signed credit card imprint will be held by "the agent", INTOUCH until all telephone statements have been received from TELKOM. INTOUCH will itemise the credit card holder's exposure to telecommunication charges (based only on use during their tenure).
- An itemised account of charges! will be forwarded by fax or e-mail to the credit card holder along with a pro-forma invoice of the amount to be debited. A copy of all billings will be mailed on request or forwarded as an e-mail attachment.
LIABILITY
- The management of Villa Senja reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party.
- Villa Senja will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund guests for any unused accommodation, tours, car rentals etc.
- Villa Senja, its staff, employees and agents disclaim any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any member of a rental party whilst residing at the villa.
